Love this store! Outstanding customer service and ultra kid-friendly!
Be warned, this store has the worst customer service! We placed an order in the store, however, when the items arrived to our home they didn't fit the bed as promised by Scott (sales ass.). The reason behind us choosing the particular bed was for the storage bins and drawer combo. The sales ass. didn't understand the products enough to understand the combo wouldn't fit. He sold them to us anyway. When we went to the store owner to return the bed, etc.. he straight out refused the return. It was within the 48 hours of the receipt of goods. I called the corporate office and was told I had to go through the store for returns and they couldn't help me. They obviously don't stand by their product or their stores. Very disappointing, our family will never return.
What a great discovery - I never knew there was such a large selection of kids beds right here in Charleston. Very beautiful store, looks expensive at first but they have some great deals.Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
This store is beautiful! Lots of quality furniture to chose from, and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. My daughter did not want to leave! We purchased a bed and dresser and we got it very fast (it was in our home within 3 weeks) and we are very happy with the quality. Love that it will grow with us and we have a local resource to come to when it's time to add something to it. Great to have this in the area, we had been looking for months and could not find anything we liked. Definitely worth checking out!
Bought a loft bed at their big summer sale. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Had my son's bed (which was a floor model) within a week. Could of had earlier if I wanted. Btw, their delivery company, Charleston Xpress, was top notch also. Kinda wished they made adult beds :)
