I am a travel nurse and always stay at Extended Stay America hotels. This one in Mt.Pleasant is hands down the best one yet. The staff are so friendly! The room is clean and comfortable. And the area is safe and convenient. But it is the staff that makes it a pleasant experience. They are personable, friendly and professional at all times. highly recommend you stay here!
Not impressed at all. This place has bed bugs and staff was VERY unfriendly. I hate that I have to even give ONE STAR.
Lots of smokers here. Lots of no smoking signs being ignored. Main entry smells of cigarettes. Better than pot I guess.
Very clean very friendly and very comfortable in close proximity to tourist sites
It was a room. Smelled like a gym. Hallways had over powering cooking odor. Only positive was the price, lower than surrounding average.
