So far, three of this clinic's four reviews are one-stars, so that's a strong indicator that you should probably find another provider. I was vacationing in Charleston when I had to come in because I couldn't bend my right leg. A PA gave me a cortisone shot and she also ordered an MRI. Since I don't live in Charleston, I called several times to try and find out why the shot had an adverse effect (like my knee swelling and buckling) but more importantly, to go over the results of the MRI. This was almost 2 weeks ago. A member of the staff always says "someone will call you back." I have given up at this point. I had also asked the PA for advice on an issue with my jaw, and she told me she would look into it and get back to me. Surprise, surprise...I never heard from her.
This review is to caution future patients. It's frustrating in the extreme that this clinic can't even bother to go over the MRI with me- an MRI which they ordered. I won't know what's going on with my knee until I can see a new doctor. Even if you live in the area, I wouldn't recommend an office that has the potential to cause this much frustration. It's like pulling teeth trying to get anything done once you're out the door.
I love this group. The doctors are all so nice and really seem to care. The reception staff is a little gruff, but they seem to be working their rears off. I just want to cancel out some of those negative reviews. They really are a great group!!
The Drs are fine. Has some of the rudist office staff I have ever seen just because you voice an opinion.
I have been seeing Dr. J. Price since 1993. I have never had a problem with their staff; and, Dr. Price has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen. He is performing surgery on my right thumb/wrist on Monday 8/24/16, and I have confidence that this surgery will go as well as the 2 surgeries he has performed on me in the past.
