We were on vacation from 10 hours away when my son became sick. We had a great experience with this facility! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and we were in and out of the building in 45 mins.
After having cough for few days and I found this clinic online. After diagnose, Dr. Jennifer Sexton prescript a prescription and send me home. After my medication run out and I still have cough. So I called the office to ask her to refill my prescription since I still have same symptoms. After numerous times tried to reach out to her. Two days later. One of her office staffs called me back told me Dr. Jennifer Sexton wont refill my prescription unless I come to see her again. And I told her I will have pay another $125, I am a single parent and we live on a budget. I Only ask for a refill, and they refused.
Had to go in after bank hours on good Friday. There were a lot of people in the waiting room but got in and out with results from a flu test in under 30 min. Pretty good you all. Would definitely go back.
My cough is getting worst as days go by without a prescription. Please avoid this clinic at all cost. Find another Doctor who cares about their patients. They don’t care about their patient suffering and they ONLY want their money.
But, I paid for my copay in cash and they somehow lost my payment. After several phone calls and bills in the mail, I have finally given up on them being able to clear this on their end and went ahead and paid online as I do not want this small amount due sent to a collections agency. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service regarding this issue. I will definitely come back when in need of medical services, but will make sure to pay with a credit card and hold onto my receipt.
My visit went great. I had checked in online and was seen soon after I arrived to the office. The doctor was very informative, took care of all my needs, and a nurse even called me a few days after my visit to make sure I was feeling better.
Went in just before closing and skipped writing down my long list of Rx. I pulled up the list of my meds but no one responded or look at them I told them I was allergic to certain antibiotics and explained the side effects. Go to Walgreens and they flag the rx for many reasons. Next morning I called in several times before a doctor sent over one that was compatible with my daily meds.
