Love Dr Frankel and her staff. I see her for hormone therapy as well and she has helped me feel much better, I would recommend her to anyone!

I went to Palmetto Women's Health because of the B12 Groupon. I had a mini medical emergency and was unable to get into my regular OBGYN. Dr. Frankel fit me in and I was so impressed with her practice that I switched my OBGYN of 8 years to her practice. I have never had to wait long, the receptionist went out of her way to help me. I also appreciated Dr. Frankel's professional consultation before the exam. She cared about my entire spectrum of health. I recommend this practice for the B12 shots and more.

Dr. Frankel helped me tremendously understand what was going on with my weight issues - she didn't just write a prescription, she worked hard with me on my individual needs. Ellen was always supportive during my weight loss and never journey and I've lost 15 lbs and kept it off. She always was encouraging even on the weeks I would gain a pound.

Dr. Frankel and her staff are the best! Everyone is very accommodating and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Frankel is very caring and really listens to you. The staff is wonderful too - I get other procedures here besides my OB/GYN, Smooth Shapes etc, and all of the techs are wonderful and very friendly! I will never go anywhere else!

Just had dermal fillers and Botox with Dr Frankel. She did an amazing job! Looks natural, not overdone

I only visited this office once but I won't be going back. Dr. Frankel was very nice and I have no issues with her. But her staff is disappointing. I was prescribed a medication during my visit and was told it may require pre-authorization from my insurance company. I was given some samples just in case. Ok no problem. I understand this happens. My pharmacy informed me that it does need pre-auth. Ok. I wait a few days, then a week. I call the office and ask if its done yet and if my insurance company approved it. A woman said she was working on it but could give me more samples to hold me over. Then I wait another week and still don't hear anything. I call back and I'm told that the woman who was working on it is out of the office and will be for several days and will be back in on Tuesday. But she sees no notes, nothing in my chart about needing pre-auth. Nothing. Umm ok? I'm told to stop in and pick up more samples and that she would leave a message for the woman working on my medicine. Tuesday comes and goes. No phone call. Nothing. Several more days go by and I'm getting pissed. I'm a patient person but come on. Plus by this point, I have questions about the medication and I've already been on it for several weeks. If I want to get off of the medication now, I would have to wean off. So I call back AGAIN and tell them the whole story about how I've been waiting forever and haven't heard anything back and how I need my prescription. I also asked about the correct dosing for weaning off the medicine. Whoever I spoke with ( I forget their names), said I would receive a call back. More days went by and nothing. I googled on my own and found out how to decrease the dose and weaned off the medicine myself. This was all used from the samples as I still hadn't received my actual prescription, at over a month later. I call back one final time. I tell the woman on the phone the whole story and how I never received a call back multiple times and also I never received an answer to my question. She tried to get the doctor to answer my question on the spot but she was in a room with another patient. She said I would receive a call back within an hour. Lol no. That was the last time I spoke with that office. They never called me back. I'm done. It's unacceptable to simply not call your patients back, to not answer their questions. I never found out what happened with my medication. I don't know if they ever even submitted it to my insurance. Did they lose everything? Why was there no record of them trying to get the pre-auth from my insurance company? I would recommend looking elsewhere for a doctor's office. I'm a pretty understanding and laid back person but this was just too much.
