The staff was super friendly and very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Megan worked really hard to find just the perfect one and it truly made our night unforgettable. The quality was undeniable and the price was great too! I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend them to all my friends!

The customer service reps at Polly's in Mount Pleasant went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. They greeted me when I came in and answered all of my questions. They even recommended jewelry to fit my style and budget, never pressuring me to look at items I might not be able to afford. They even changed the battery in a watch that belonged to my late dad. Awesome customer service! Jeweler, Jason, rebuilt a very special diamond pendant that was amazing. It was exactly what I wanted and in such a timely manner! The workmanship was flawless and he added in some extras to make it a better necklace. I highly recommend this fine jewelry store.
