I ordered my daughter a Pandora ring for Christmas. The gem fell off and we took it back to the store. They were very understanding, resized the ring, and exchanged it for a replacement. Great service = happy daughter.
Received a bracelet for christmas went in to exchange a charm made the mistake of wearing it in sales person said we don't exchange anything that's been worn, didn't even bother to look at my receipt or the charm to see the date purchased or the condition. You can buy pandora anywhere don't buy it here.
Don't come anywhere near this place! My wife purchased a $600+ bracelet and charms for her boss which turned out to be a size too small. The women in here gave us the snarkiest of looks without even looking at the bracelet stating "it was worn. You wouldn't wear a worn piece of jewelry would you?"
Are you kidding me? Like really? I recommend everyone to stay far away from this joke of a shop.
The staff here has always been incredibly helpful.
