I got the parts and a ratchet set, watched a youtube video, and 30 minutes later it was done. Simplest job I'd ever had to do. They quoted me $1200 for something I paid $350 to do myself with no hassle. In half sarcasm and half earnestness, I am thankful they didn't quote me $800 because I would have paid it. The high price scared me away and I'm more knowledgeable because of it.
I am especially thankful for my phone telling me that the parts they wanted to charge $850 for I was able to purchase at a car parts store down the street for $300. Injection coils.
They never have a wait, they get to you right away. They are nice and I like the people who work there. They are consistently kind and good at what they do. I really appreciate the time that they take to explain exactly what you need done.
On a Saturday drive my radiator hose came off my jeep on the highway and my car was smoking. I pulled over to look at it into Midas parking lot on 17 in mt. Pleasant. The manager and team literally came out, no questions, took my car, fixed the hose, added fluid and sent me on my way in 10 mins. They were fast, professional and I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. I'll be back for sure for all my car needs from now on! Seriously can't say enough good things. So impressed.
Frank and team did a great job on a tricky exhaust repair for an almost 20 year old Jeep Wrangler. The explanation on what, why and how much to make the unbearable loudness cease was reasonable, as was the cost. I'll be back at Midas for repairs on the family's other 100K mile vehicles.
These guys took care of me and my car after some other shop couldn’t get the work done. The previous shop damaged my axle when putting it back together. Frank at Midas called to let me know, took photos of the damage and coordinated with the other shop for them to replace the parts they ruined. So, not only did Midas do the work that needed to be done at a price comparable to the estimates, they fixed some other jerks mistake. All with friendly service and great communication. I will be going back to this Midas!
