Although the service was quick, the price was ridiculous. We were charged 3 times the amount for what the part would have cost at our regular place, we were stranded and had no choice but to pay. We were 2 hours from home. Very expensive lesson learned!
I called late on a Friday about a tire repair and Mark answered and was incredibly pleasant , professional and helpful. I have dealt with tire companies in the past who hardly seemed interested in such a small job, and their response was indifferent. Mark’s attitude is exemplary for any employee - he answered all the customer’s questions and made the experience very pleasant.
I understand this is a business, and making money is the goal of all businesses. However marking a $100.00 part, ( a common part) to $297.00 is a little overboard. That is a 300% mark up. Come on, be fair, not greedy. We were stranded 100 miles were home, and basically taken advantage of. Had the shop that normally works on my car price the exact same work, $194.00 less. All in the mark up of the part.

Went in with a terrible vibration expecting major$$$ repairs! Team there quickly discovered simply that my lug nuts were loose... what a relief! Most shady repair shops would probably have taken me for a ride but the team here is Honest and Awesome!
