First off, I brought in my truck after another mechanic in another city had supposedly "fixed" my misfiring engine. I limped it into Automotive Excellence, whom had worked on this truck before. Someone (i.e. Chris) must have worked on the engine well into the night, because at 8:30 the next morning, my truck was fixed (fuel pressure sensors under the manifold). Guys, thank you SO much! Stay cool in this brutal heat!
I drive a 2006 Audi A4 2.0T, which is expensive to maintain as a luxury vehicle. That being said; Joseph, Chris, and the entire team at Automotive Excellence consistently provide world-class service to all of my vehicles. I've never received such attentive, professional, above-and-beyond customer service from any automotive business in Charleston, or in the greater Tri-County Area. The amount of time and care they put into their work, alongside the honest & straightforward pricing is hard to come by, especially for my Audi. I brought my 87 Suzuki Samurai to automotive excellence to have the front wheel bearings replaced. These guys did an excellent job. They are honest and to the point, and the prices are competitive. There is a reason they have so many good reviews. I had some questions about an exhaust leak I was having and they were happy to check it out for no extra cost while the car was there. I look forward to bringing my samurai back to have the leaks spot welded. I will also be bringing my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0L for her 250,000 mile check and service. There is nowhere else in the Charleston area to find such honest and fair deals. You can tell these guys really enjoy what they do and pride themselves in their work. Thank you!
The 2 brothers that run this business are WORLD CLASS. I have never experienced such honesty & compassion at a body shop before. I highly advise locals to spend their hard earned money at AA for all their automotive needs!
These guys are awesome. From basic oil changes and car maintenance to custom work. They have done work on all of our vehicles. From heavy aftermarket modifications to my Cadillac ATS 2.0T and our BMW M3 race car, to a basic service visit to change the oil on our Ford F350 Tow vehicle. Top Notch work and Top Notch no nonsense customer service. We won't trust our vehicles to anyone else.
