They told us that our dog was fine, the next day our dog died. They said our dog was walking around with them, but our dog couldn't even move. They lied right to our faces about our dogs condition.

Nothing but money hungry con artists. We brought our cat here one night because he was very lethargic. They ran a bunch of tests (exoected) and gave him subcutaneous fluids. When the test results came back, they said he had low protein levels and this meant his digestive system was failing and he needed hospitalization and refused to give us antibiotics. When I looked up his symptoms on Google, the absolute worst case scenario read word for word what the vet said. The most common said that he was malnourished, we brought him in because he wasn't eating much. I refused to leave him because I didn't trust the best not because of the 1000 dollar overnight charge. I would do anything for my babies. When we brought him to our vet the next day, they gave him antibiotics and he was on his way to being better within a few days. Never, ever, ever waste your money with these fools. I spent 420 dollars on fluids and tests. Keep your distance folks.
This place was horrible!!!! I wouldn't even give it a star! My dog's back legs started failing her all of a sudden so I knew she might of dislocated something and would need more than an x-ray. I called and explained my situation and they said they had a MRI and to come on. I drove over 2 hours to get there and then they didn't help us we sat in the waiting room that was empty for over 2 1/2 hours then it was 5:30pm and they said they wouldn't be able to read MRI if they did it. They didn't even get her records we had to leave and go to another place and then pay after hour fees since sat there wasted 3 hours. I have never been so mad or ever had such a horrible experiences at a vet especially an emergency one your already agreeing to pay to just be seen. If you want good service or someone that even cares go somewhere else!!!!
