Super friendly staff. They genuinely care for the animals and definitely know what they're doing.
The waiting area and examination rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Johnny Dodds Blvd isn’t the easiest location but at least they are off the main drag.

Nice people and knowledgeable. Pretty pricey but it’s tough to find a specialist for snakes and lizards in this area. I think this might be the only one in the Charleston area, so it’s at least comforting that they seem very good.
This was the first pet I've needed an 'exotic' vet for and I was beyond happy with them. Very friendly staff, both in person and on the phone. Extremely knowledgable about the animals they care for and do want the best for you and your pet. Took excellent care of my pet from his first visit to the time I had to put him down. They even sent a sympathy card after his passing - 10/10 would recommend!
