Robin waited on us and she was so good. Hubby had Jack Daniel wings I had Buffalo sandwich. All very good. Had to ask for Buffalo sauce as could not taste at all. That made it now one of my favorites. Robin just topped it off.
I lost my wallet at there location, and they were happily willing to send it to my house. Also, wonderful service, and loving personel. Would visit again.
The service today was terrible. The manager didn't care and the only person who seemed to know what she was doing was the hostess. She was the one who kept coming to our table making sure we didn't need anything. Food was good once we finally got it though so that was the only good part.
I've had numerous bad experiences here over the last few years and stupidly keep thinking it might be better this time. Once again, it wasn't... and I'm done with this disgusting place. It is always dirty and in disrepair. I think the servers usually try, but it seems VERY poorly managed. The main thing is the food though. I usually get a burger there (pretty hard to mess up you'd think), almost every time there is something wrong. Today I was having work done on my van and walked over figuring I'd give it another chance. I now regret that decision the server was decent enough and kind but the burger was beyond disgusting I didn't even finish half of it it was so bad when I picked it up it started pouring Grease as in literally pouring like out of a cup and the more I held it the more came out I ended up having to put down napkins just to control the splashing from how fast the greasy mess was spilling out. Then I decided to give the burger a squeeze after all that and even more continued pouring out it is very obvious that they have not done any cleaning back there by The Taste and the amount of Grease I think a sponge would do well to pick up and deliver that much grease onto my plate shirt table and everywhere else. I am still almost an hour later trying to get that nasty taste out of my mouth this place is disgusting and I am done with it
