My family and I were vacationing and stayed at a condo a block away from this shop. The four of us wanted to rent bikes one morning so this business was our first choice. They were super nice. The young man eagerly fetched our bikes out of the shed and checked the air in all of them. We had forgotten one of our waters so my wife asked if they sold beverages. They employee said they didn't but he gave us one of their own. The bikes worked flawlessly and the customer service was perfect as well. Will return on our next visit in 2018!

My wife and I stopped in looking for a seat for her bike. Gentlemen working that morning was fantastic! Answered all our questions and put us on the right path. It's nice to go into a place that has good customer service.
Sweetgrass Cycles was a wonderful find as I needed to pick up a few small things for my bike and was very happy to see the very exceptional range of products and Lee was very helpful and everything I looked at was priced extremely competitively priced. I have found my new local bike shop to go to anytime I need something.
We stopped by the store today with a bike that needed a tube changed. They were so amazing.... invited my 6 year old son to help on the repair- slowing down, explaining the process, and being a true teacher. Great experience for both of us. This was not our first fantastic experience here. They have our business!
