One of the first experiences I had upon moving to Mt. Pleasant from New York was having to find a Physical Therapist for my sciatica, which decided to return at the most inconvenient time ever. i am so grateful that my doctor recommended Imagine. From the first day to my last, which was today, I was treated with kindness, respect and first class professionalism. I can gladly announce that they worked with me and taught me what I needed to do to feel better and finally get to enjoy my new home. John is an amazing owner who wants nothing but the best from his staff, which in turn benefits all of the patients. The girls at the front desk are always smiling and most accommodating. Colin, my therapist, and Brett never gave up on me and refused to accept my pain and discomfort. They truly wanted me to get better and would not let me give up. I know they never did. I can't thank them all enough for all they did for me.
John Mart and his team provide excellent physical therapy services for a wide range of conditions and client ages. The office atmosphere is positive and welcoming. John and his team took a sincere interest in rehabilitating our son after an ACL tear and repair. His therapy ranged from traditional in-office strengthening to the use of the adjacent track and gym. He returned to play with a confident outlook post surgery and able to compete at a high level for his sport. We are very thankful to the Imagine team for supporting our son physically and emotionally through his injury. Great work!

I have received PT services from Imagine staff twice in the past few years. The staff are all very professional, competent and efficient, and I had great outcomes with my therapy!. Appointment times were prompt and the environment is friendly and fun. I highly recommend John and his staff!
I had the awesome privilege of doing one of my Physical Therapy internships at Imagine. I absolutely LOVED it! The staff are super friendly, encouraging, professional, and very capable. Their model of physical therapy is very patient focused, and extremely effective. I even doubled my hamstring flexibility while I was interning there! :) Thank you, Imagine, for the wonderful memories and for caring about each and every person who walks through your door.
So today was a day of mixed emotions for me. I was happy to be better, but sad to leave the new and wonderful friends I made at Imagine. As my new T-shirt reads, I am FIXED. Thanks for that. I'll miss you.

Everyone was friendly and treated me with love and respect. I can't express how grateful I am for the spiritual guidance and empowerment I got from John; even when I did not want to do what needed to be done he found a way to encourage me spiritually and that meant all the difference in the world for me as a patient.
