My mother was in town from Kentucky and in major pain with her back. She called and they got her an appointment that day! Christine at the front desk was so kind, patient, efficient and helpful. She spent a great deal of time trying to get the paperwork needed for my mom to receive services. Erin Davis the PT was amazing and kind. She had wonderful bedside manner and was a skilled PT. This is a fabulous clinic and I will definitely refer friends and family here from now on. There are a great deal of choices in Mt. Pleasant, but this is the one for you if you value customer service and quality care.
I have been going to Carolina Physical Therapy in Mt. Pleasant three times a week for the past month after reconstructive foot surgery. It was recommended to me by a neighbor and I cannot thank her enough for the referral. Over the years I have had 4 back surgeries with PT following each of them. I can honestly say that out of all the places I have been to for physical therapy this is by far the best. The staff is unbelievably nice and the one-on-one attention has meant so much to me during this painful recovery. After a month I can see remarkable improvement and my feeling of it never getting better has now disappeared. I am so encouraged and know I made the right decision in going to Carolina Physical Therapy.
I had back and knee pain for three years. I came into the physical therapy with an open mind but not a lot of faith. I was tired of being in pain and willing to give it a shot. These women are more than therapist they become your best friends. They helped me get rid of my knee and back pain with a consistent exercise plan, encouragement and the willingness to see me get better. Within a few sessions I was feeling 10 times better than I’ve ever felt. Now I stick to my home exercises and know where to go if I need physical therapy. It is truly important to go where there are people who love what they do and take the time to get to know you. These qualities and more reflects the therapists at Carolina PT.
