The young lady in the shoe Dept was helpful but she did not want to complete the sale I had to ask her if she could check me out made no sense
Ugliest women's clothes I have ever seen. Citadel Mall much better than MOUNT PLEASANT. MEN'S STORE IN MOUNT PLEASANT ALMOST AS GOOD AS CITADEL MALL.
What a shame they have this prime space and not fully utilizing it. They never have sales persons available (especially in shoes)...if you order online you pay for shipping but if you go into the store, order there, they will ship for free...WHY??? This takes desperately needed sales people away from live customers...you have to order in the department the item is in....you should at least be able to call the order in to customer service in the Belks store in Mt. P. They are ALWAYS out of stock and it is usually a mess...PLEASE PRAY DILLARDS comes to Mt. P.
Wonderful female employees that were so nice and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and forgot to get a buggy. Was having a hard time carrying the clothing to try on. In the misses' department an employee could see that I was struggling and offered to go get the buggy herself. Wonderful!
