Shopping for a duvet insert. Absolutely nothing in stock. I finally settled for an option that I was not thrilled with quality or price just because I needed something immediately. When I got to the register I realized I had accidentally deleted the coupon that had been texted to me and cashier was unwilling to help. Left without item because at least with Amazon I know I will spend less, won't leave frustrated, and will be guaranteed to get what I want. Inline stores might want to up their customer service game!!
