Great staff! Must have been the manager or a very nice employee who noticed those darn berries didnt come off my car after the wash and sent me through again with the "bug off" feature. Thank you so much!!!
I used this car wash because of a newcomer coupon I received. I went in Monday afternoon on the December 4th. My car appeared to be beautiful until I went home and parked in my garage out of the sunlight. I could then see where there are now scratches all down the hood of my car. I went back to Wash Wizard and filed a damage claim. I spoke with the manager, Josh Adams, today who is taking no responsibly whatsoever for this damage. First time visitor and this will be my last time.
Terrible! Admitted that they damaged my car but refused to pay anything to fix it. Their social media insists that they are not responsible for any damage. Please stay away! I have stopped after more than five years of loyal patronage but I will never trust them again!
Quick and easy place to get your car washed. I think it is over priced for what it is and only suggest using this car wash if you need a quick rinse off - does not get major mud or bugs off your car even if you purchase the top of the line wash. They also have vacuums and a car mat cleaning area. Overall not a bad spot just over priced. Also beware of exiting the parking lot - extremely high traffic and dangerous.
The guys here are great! I have a monthly subscription and it is so convenient to just drive through any time I need to. I love that they don't charge extra for the vacuums, the car mat cleaner or the glass cleaner.
