Not only did they not vacuum the trunk, they didn't clean the touch screen. Had fingerprints on it.
Had some concerns reading thru reviews, but decided to try them anyway. Glad I did! Staff was friendly, answered my questions and paid attention to detail. The cashier didn’t try to run up my total with unnecessary services either, which is always appreciated.
First time experience, and I’ll definitely be back as a return customer.

As my family will testify, my 2014 Charger is my baby. It was pretty filthy from several weeks with no wash and vacuum due to a busy schedule. Mt. Pleasant Wash & Wax took great care making it like new again — and had me in & out in a reasonable period of time.
Hands down the best car wash experience ever. Every time I go my car looks brand new afterwards. They really do a thorough job and take there time yet they are also fast and efficient. They even take out and wash and dry all the mats! Highly recommend this place and would never trust any other car wash with my car. I've been to every car wash in Mt. Pleasant and no where else even compares. Super friendly staff too!
Paid $45 bucks for a ride through car wash ...manager special..." extra vac"...even opened the trunk lid for them.
The pads on the rollers in the tunnel are foam. They don’t hold dirt (like all of those other cloth washes). So, your paint won’t get swirls. On top of that, the people here are really great. Definitely the best wash in town!
This place sucks....btw, the Ultimate service plus hand wax is $15 less expensive at In And Out only 15 minutes away.
Checked the bathroom, too, after reading a review blasting them for being so filthy. The bathroom was spotless, as you’d expect to find in a nice hotel. Bottom line, they’ve either paid attention to their bad reviews and fixed these things or the bad reviews were attacks by competition.
Edit: If they want to use a brush on your car at the beginning of the wash, do not let them! This is what will scratch and swirl your paint.
