About a year ago, I had a bad experience and wrote a review. Since I see it has been deleted, I will try again. I needed a new toilet. I told the service guy which toilet I wanted at Lowe's. He came with the type I wanted but bought it somewhere else in parts, therefore the price was higher and later discovered it may have been from irregular stock as both the tank and seat have dents in them. The worst part however was the cost of the whole replacement, including toilet, was over $1000! I was never given an estimate. The only price discussed was the toilet. Bottom line, make sure you get a couple different estimates. No one I have talked to, over fifty different people, feel this was a reasonable price. The average amount they thought good was $500 to $600.
I will definitely use them again and recommend David and his company to others.
This is the best plumbing company in charleston. Dave has done everything in our home. He is excellent at everything and has awesome customer service . I would not trust any one else .
They promised to come before work. They didn't come at the promised time and didn't call. I had to leave for work so I arranged for someone nearby to let them into my apartment. After arriving almost 2 hours late, they called my cell phone to say that they could not wait 5 minutes and cancelled the appointment.

Holy City is by far better than all the others that just fix by putting duckt tape and putty and then charge you for the "repair".
David came and repaired our leak that for the last 5 years and 3 different companies could not figure out yet claimed it's fixed.
