Over the past few years I have had several injuries to my shoulder, back, etc. Each time I have been treated by Dr. Curnett and each time he did his magic. Dry needling, e-stem, ultrasound, and various exercises have all contributed to getting me back to 100% within a reasonable time period. This was a much better approach than drugs or surgery and more effective than massage and chiropractic services for me. So, I will continue to return each time my body fails to cooperate with me. In addition, the office atmosphere is upbeat, friendly and professional.
I have been to physical therapists in New York who are highly recommended by Hospital for Special Surgery. After a search in Charleston, I found Atlas Physical Therapy and Isabel Bosso. She is the Clinic Director, and she is excellent. Well trained and easy to communicate with regarding my PT requirements. I am experiencing improvement and enjoy my PT appointments.

Isabel rocks! She was so thorough, worked her magic with me at the office then sent me home with strengthening exercises and suggestions of how to fit them into my day. I found that the "homework" exercises really focused right in on my troubled areas. I would definitely recommend Atlas and will be going back myself if necessary.
Dr. Nathan Jones is great! He does dry needle therapy and my pain was gone that day. He genuinely cares about finding a solution to correct the issue and is a great listener to ensure he gets the information he needs to help. He's funny and makes the visit easy. He's built like a beast (Crossfitter) so try the car contraption he uses to loosen up your muscles and he'll have to kick you out because you won't want to leave! It's awesome! I highly recommend him as your PT.
