This is a really great store, and I'm so happy to have found it. There's a VERY wide variety of products, and the staff are very friendly. I was probably most excited about the prices. You'd think a pet boutique as nice as this one would be overpriced, but I was so pleasantly surprised at what a great deal everything was. This place is definitely a favorite!
We went there to purchase some treats for my yorkie, Wilbur. One of his favorites are the tracheas. They didn't have any because the shipment they recieved looked tainted. They refused to sell those to their customers. We will always be grateful for their high standards, care, and concern!
I had a horrible experience here, when we travel we go around to look at various dog boutiques and shops in the local areas and always bring our pups something back! Well I was taking pictures of the cute things they had inside, there was no sign posted saying it was a policy they didn't allow photos. A woman came up and snatched the merchandise up into her arms and snarled saying "WE DONT ALLOW PICTURES!" All you had to do was say that nicely and I would have apologized. Needless to say we left and did not buy anything. There was so need to be so rude and abrasive.
Assuming the employee who had a verbal explosion on a few customers (described in other reviews) has been dismissed from employment, this shop is a great alternative to the pet super chains. My blue nose pitbull very much loves their home made peanut butter treats.
Very cute pet gear. Good customer service, I had a misunderstanding with pricing and the owner gave me a merchandise credit. Only 4 stars because it’s a little pricey.
