I dream about this place! best pizza ever! So fresh and just perfect 100%! I ordered the vegetable-so amazing! They were extremely busy and lots of young hardworking kids. The phone never stopped ringing it was insane! I wish they had a location where I'm from!
Delivery guy handed me the pizza and receipt to sign. As I signed the box folded in half and then the pizza fell out everywhere. Partially may fault but their pizza is too much for the box to hold apparently. I called and asked what they could do. The manager said they were very busy and no matter what it would be a long wait. I said ok and he suggested they get us new pizza. He asked the owner’s daughter who then got on the phone with me. She told me that they would not give us a pizza because it was my fault hung up and blocked my number and my wife’s. Figured that out when I called them back because surely she didn’t mean to hang up on me.

If I could give zero stars, I would, but I can’t. We were loyal Deroma’s customers until tonight. We had a party pizza delivered. As my husband was signing the receipt, the box folded in half. Half hit the ground and half the driver caught with his hands. My husband called the store and asked for a manager Christian. Christian was attempting to replace our pizza but the owners daughter (his superior) said that they would not replace or refund because it was my husbands fault. He explained the box folded in half and she HUNG UP ON HIM!! He called back and she again HUNG UP ON HIM AGAIN and then blocked his number. What kind of business owner operates this way? I drove to the restaurant to ask for a refund because I no longer even had an appetite. She again told me no because it wasn’t their fault. I explained that the box folded in half. Her response was “I don’t make the boxes.” Are you kidding me???????? I don’t have my refund yet, but I do have a voided receipt from Christian after she eventually “allowed” him to refund me. I would love to talk to the actual owner if he ever reads this, and I hope he/she does so they know how their daughter is killing their business. There are TOO many good pizza places in Mt. Pleasant to behave this way. Needless today I will never return.
