They take reservations for equipment on little post cards. This is the second time I have had trouble getting the equipment I reserved. Total waste of a weekend on two separate occasions now. They do have a very knowledgeable staff.

Great store, lowest price on Stihl, and they have a great bolt selection. The right bolt's are in the right bids. The only place I go for bolts for our machine.
