I Forgot it was possible to sweat that much! Still feeling it a few days later! Such a fun, high energy studio and instructors, with an empowering and inviting atmosphere. Amazing workout, if this doesn't tighten and tone the "mommy pooch" ...nothing will! ;) Jenn taught quiet a challenging class, but even barre beginners (like me) felt so welcome, cannot wait to try Courtney and Sierra's classes!
