Ordered groceries, great service with toddlers, and they called to say they were running behind. My wife told them, “ not a problem, I had to take my little one to the doctor with a bad cold and would be there late anyway”. In the bag there was a coloring book and crayons with a handwritten note; “hope your little one feels better soon! Hopefully they can enjoy some coloring :)”. Awesome service from real, caring people. Thank you HT!!!!!
Harris Teeter is a great grocery store. The variety of products is unbelievable. Produce is beautifully fresh. Meats are trimmed and displayed well. The seafood is always fresh. The pizza is awesome and only $7.99 on Mondays!! What a bargain for a large cheesy pizza with your choice of toppings. There are always sales and sometimes your coupons can be doubled and tripled!
Thursday is also senior day for discounts in addition to your discount Harris Teeter card discounts that are good everyday.
Harris Teeter a great place to shop. It has full on hot bar, Asian hot bar, special event station, pizza, and salad bar. If you go hungry it's your own falt. A little high on the prices, but overall great place!
Everyone is very nice and helpful here .they have a buffet they set up in afternoons .plus different stations that serve fresh pizza .different daily specials are served other than the buffet. one day is a breakfast ..thursday is prime rib dinner for less than $10.really good about 9 oz tender meat well done to med rare ur choice cut to order ajus. horseradish sauce if you want. 2 veggies fresh mixed steamed veggies and seasoned potato wedges. very good and nice size serving .
They have nice fresh selections fruit and veggies local as well as all over world .shelves are usually well stock .good variety .deli good selection also made to order .the bakery has a bit of everything .even a lot of old fashion desserts. fresh made ..also some fancy ones for entertaining. I love the fresh butcher shop .esp.the fresh seafood prices are as reasonable as possible. Over all the store and service are great..
This Harris teeter is amazing. The staff at my HT are always helpful. The personal shoppers are the best. If you can't find something the personal shoppers know exactly where the item is and will take you to it. The prime rib hot bar my husband really enjoys it. I like the Asian hot food bar. The bakery is very fast when you need a dessert in a hurry. The shelves are always freshly stocked. The young guys that bag are so sweet. We use the pharmacy as well. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Restrooms are always clean. Customer service will bend over backwards to help you. Easy in and out parking. I am proud to call Rivertown Harris teeter our local grocery store. Paula Forbes
