Needed flowers quick to set up a room for a romantic weekend. The ladies took my needs, made recommendations and had two beautiful bouquets ready to go. Both she and I were very pleased with the results! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating for my quick request.
I'm a teacher and am working with my students on learning the life cycle of a plant. I briefly met the owner of Buy the Bunch and got to talking about teaching (typical me) and she immediately offered to donate a plant to my class. She purposefully chose a plant that has a long shelf life to ensure the project with the kiddos is successful. After this experience, I thought very highly of the company and ordered an arrangement for a family member...:the detail they are willing to put into an order is phenomenal. I highly recommend Buy the Bunch!!!
I'm saddened by the lack of professionalism I experienced when Hurricane Irma altered our wedding plans. I called to explain that our rental company boarded up our rental and that we should file a claim with our travel insurer. I called on September 7 and explained our situation and was told they would mail my refund to me. I followed up 2 weeks later by phone and was told the owner would get back with me. In early October I wrote a letter. As of today I have neither received a call back nor the refund I was told I would receive.
Excited over the gorgeous creations Natalie, new owner, and her talented designers have created and will be producing for my upcoming event. Fresh, fresh cuts in lovely arrangements make me HAPPY! And, working with such a delightful, but highly confident and professional young lady, is refreshing.and reassuring as I attempt to pull off what I hope to be an amazing celebration. Great experience!!!!! I know this store recently changed ownership and the new owners are AMAZING! They were very knowledgeable and wonderful people. Able to help me pick out the perfect arrangement for the occasion. They took the time to show me around and actually care about customer service. Presentation is key and they nailed it!!!
