The manager here (skinny caucasian lady w/ brown hair) she is very rude and talks about other customers on her walkie talkie to her associates right in front of you. I have experienced two separate incidents with her. B/c of her I stopped patronizing this location.
This was the worst Victory Secrets store I have ever been in. I wanted sexy lingerie. Three people were working two were waiting
On one person. I told the woman that waited on me what I wanted. What I got was from another sales clerk. All bras and plain.
The girls here are wonderful and very helpful! I love shopping at this location! They always have great deals on their panties and an excellent selection of clothes!
I come in like 10 minutes before closing to get a free lip gloss with a bra try on. The woman seems like she hates life. I had the most terrible experience. Then as I waited for her to hurry up and check people out, she gets an attitude as I was picking out the color and says "There's only 3 colors" in the rudest tone! Then as I was leaving, another associate says "Honey the door is locked" in such a sarcastic tone. I can't stand employees that hates life and doesn't want to work. Like if you don't want to work, let someone else have your job that would be grateful.
They are not only rude in a store but also when you call and ask them about their product or have a question about a specific item. I️ stopped shopping there.
Totally disrespectful!
