Never had a bad hair appointment! I've gotten my hair cut and colored at Bellezza, and have not only always enjoyed my time there but I've always been thrilled with my hair. I've skipped around between the artists there and have always been happy. They never let you leave if you aren't happy and if you aren't happy with your hair they will set up an appointment to fix it for free. A great issue I've had throughout my life is being able to tell someone that I don't like my hair cut, everyone at Bellezza makes it easy and comfortable to tell them if your unhappy. The comfortable atmosphere and the ease of communication keeps me coming back and earns Salon Bellezza 5 stars in my book.

I have been seeing Mary Ellen for over 24 years! She is by far the best above anyone I have ever had do my hair. Both the cut and the color. This is an issue because I have lots of curly hair and she is the only one who can tame it! Plus, she likes to do fun color tricks. I always get compliments on my hair. I have followed her every time she opens a new place. I live in West Ashley and drive the 30 minutes to see her in Mt. Pleasant. It's a hike and yes it's expensive but she is worth it!
Got an eyebrow wax--$19!!! The woman who helped me did a fabulous job but I'm used to NY/NJ prices--most places there it's between $10-$15 for a wax. Should have known better, they don't have a menu of prices behind the counter or even a pamplet to look through. Highway robbery-will never go back. Don't suggest even walking through the door, unless you want to be overcharged! This is South Carolina not the Upper East Side...
